Unfortunately, I am very bad at self-guided instruction of any kind. This is why I am not taking distance education. No home-based exercise program will last. I wish I had that kind of motivation/willpower/determiniation, but I don't.
What I really need is an exercise buddy to guilt me into going. But scheduled classes are the best I can do.
