credit card issuers are supposed to make an effort helping people clear up misunderstandings that arise from unauthorized use. i think i'd ask them if they'd contact the school. if you could find a way to show up at the registrar's office, with payment and maybe a letter from Citibank, verifying the fraud, i bet they'd let the matter drop.
