Cascading downwards

I am not sure if a Library would ask what your goals are and where you see yourself in 5 years. Another question other potential employers ask is what you could see yourself doing for the company or how you think you would be an asset. I could see where a library job interview could vary from the typical corporate grilling. Best of luck and nail that job beams.
