I got a call today about a library job in Newport News, Virginia that I applied for. They want me to come down and interview. I'm going to have to ask my husband how he really feels about moving there.

Now, I generally suck at interviews, because it doesn't occur to me to practice. What kind of questions do I need to have answers ready for?

Think of your strengths and weaknesses, and think of how to spin the weakness into a strength.

I am not sure if a Library would ask what your goals are and where you see yourself in 5 years. Another question other potential employers ask is what you could see yourself doing for the company or how you think you would be an asset. I could see where a library job interview could vary from the typical corporate grilling. Best of luck and nail that job beams.
